Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our products are carefully packed by hand for shipping, to ensure it arrives in its best condition like how they left us. For plant related products, some soil & pebbles may come loose, and a minimal amount may drop into the paper bag or box; these should be considered normal.

1. To date, there aren't any courier services that accept "Live Plant(s)" shipping, hence all delivery orders are made at buyer's own risk. 

2. Please inspect your parcel upon receiving it and send us pictures and videos of the package once you have received your live plant(s) order. Should it be beyond acceptable condition (such as dried up/ wilted/ or other issues), we will assess the condition and we may provide FREE plant(s) replacement on a case-to-case basis. T&C applies. 

3. Reporting of problems should be done as soon as you receive the plants. The time of reporting will be based on the time we receive the report (Whatsapps/ email), we will cross-check with the courier delivery time. 

4. Late reporting, that is after 24 hours upon receiving it based on courier service timeline, will not be entertained. 

5. You may state what plants you require for the Free Plants replacement and pay a one time packaging and shipment fee. Alternatively, we may send out the replacement plant(s) with your next purchase with us. 

6. Exchange of plant type and species is allowed within the same price range, top up is acceptable. No refund for the balance amount should you choose a lower priced item(s). 

7. We practice ZERO refund policy for all live plants order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. All goods sold are not returnable/ refundable for reason of change of mind. 

2. Acceptable reasons for return/ refund includes damages, product quality; it is solely at Sen & Coffee's discretion. 

3. The returned goods/ products will be checked against customer's complaint (the pictures/ videos sent to us via WhatsApp or emailed to us at

4. We will need a duration of 3-7 days to process it. 

5. For approved returns & refunds, customers need to send the item(s) back to us in the original & acceptable packaging like what we had sent out. 

6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to collect the damaged goods upon providing a replacement.

7. For approved return & refund, once we checked and confirmed the returned items, customers will receive their refund within 7-14 days. 

8. No full refund for credit card payment. 

9. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
