  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to all Malaysia, except Sabah & Sarawak.
  • How to place order?
    Step 1: Add your prefferred product to cart. Step 2: Select your preferred delivery date. (T&C Applies) Step 3: If you would like to add a message for recipient, please leave it at the instruction box section (within 30 words count). Step 4: Proceed to Checkout and fill in the information. Step 5: You may choose Pick Up or Delivery. If you would like to arrange for your own pick up, please select pick up and please make sure to provide us with your 4 digits order number. Otherwise, select Mr Speedy/ Delivery and and Mr Speedy will calculate your Delivery Fees. Step 6: Proceed to Payment.
  • Can i Choose a date for my items to be delivered or shipped?
    Yes, you can select your preferred date upon check-out. Please take note that we reserve the right to change the delivery date if the date happens to fall on any Public Holidays, or closing days.   • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia.
  • Can I Get Same Day Delivery?
    We provide same day delivery for online orders for area within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Same day delivery for purchases made between 12am to 2pm. We reserve the right to change the delivery date if the date happens to fall on a Closing and or any Public Holidays. But if you’re ever in Kuala Lumpur — you may visit our physical store that is open 7-days a week.
  • When do you send my Order?
    We will take less than 24 working hours to send your orders and provide you with a tracking number once your order is being reviewed and processed. At the moment, we are using GDex as our Courier Service for postage out of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For Sabah and Sarawak, our preferred courier service will be POS Laju Express.
  • How Long is Your Order Processing?
    Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed. We need some time for our artisan to source the healthiest and prettiest looking plant and/or to repot your plant depending on your choice. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack, delivery, post your orders!
  • How do you package them?
    Your succulents, house plants and air plants are hand-packed for their journey to your home. We will place them in a bed of shredded recycled paper and may choose to wrap them individually. This protects them from both the weather & damage in the case of rough handling. When you get your succulents, make sure to unwrap them immediately. Get them some sunlight & water them if necessary. We will always attach a care guide card for new plant parents.
  • Self-Collection
    We understand that our customers would prefer to pick their plant order to save on delivery charges. Self-collection is available at No S-G-06 GAYA, Persiaran Kemuning Damai, Seksyen 32, 40460, Shah Alam, Selangor. Do email us at or click on the WhatsApp button to contact us if you wish to self collect. We will issue you an invoice for the order. Plants for self collection can be picked up within 24hours upon receiving payment via bank transfer or credit card payment.
  • Same Day Delivery (KL and Selangor Only)
    Due to fairness to all our customers and to maintain operations efficiencies, we apologize for not being able to meet any time-specific deliveries. Please contact us should you require same-day delivery after the cutoff time, we will accommodate to our best effort wherever possible. If you are not able to receive at home, we recommend to select your office as the delivery address. All deliveries are done by hand to you or your recipient, and we will prioritize to deliver before 5pm to office addresses. It is our priority to ensure on-time delivery for our customers. However, there could be an occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or road congestion. In such rare occasions, our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible. It is your full responsibility to ensure that your recipient is available to receive the gift when they are delivered. In the event that delivery has to be rescheduled or re-routed, a re-delivery fee will apply.
